At Burlington Estates, we strive to ensure the value of your property is maintained as far as possible by putting in place a number of systems and strategies, including a bespoke Asset Management Plan. This document sets out the plan across a period of 10 years with an aim to:

  • Maintain the condition, value and excellent living environment of the estate;
  • Give clear direction to the Board Directors so that their expectations and targets are met regularly; and
  • Where possible, avoid ‘emergency’ works that can often lead to unnecessary higher costs.

In addition to this, our general services include:

  • Regular site inspections;
  • Preparing specifications and contracts for minor works and services such as cleaning, gardening, window cleaning and overseeing such works;
  • Advising the Client on all relevant legislative and regulatory issues and general interpretation of leases; and
  • Systematic handover process where applicable.
